Je vais partir en weekend avec mes amis / mes amies (remember to add ‘e’ for all female friends)

On va visiter les monuments historiques (‘on’ can be used instead of ‘nous’ in less formal situations)

Remember – ‘visiter’ somewhere or something but ‘rendre visite à’ someone.

Je vais rendre visite à ma sœur.

On va manger dans un bon restaurant.

On va faire un peu de shopping.

Je ne vais pas dépenser beaucoup d’argent.

What will I do before next week to learn these phrases?

Write down 5 phrases about what I am going to do at the weekend. Read these phrases out loud at least twice in the week and also record myself saying them. Write a reminder about the use of ‘aller’ + infinitive in the grammar section.
