Unit 1 - Getting Started
This unit is delivered in 2 parts
Part 1 encourages you to really think about why you are making this move; to reflect upon your reasons for setting up your own business and to begin setting yourself clear goals and deadlines that push you but that are also realistic.
Part 2 takes you step by step through everything you will need to consider to get ready for your launch; your model of delivery, the location of your classes, your pricing strategy, initial marketing (creating your brand, how you can reach your audience, your USP) and local support networks.
