Unit 3 - Business Systems
This unit is delivered in 3 parts
Part 1 gives you an introduction into the importance of business systems, such as ways to track your invoices and payments, using spreadsheets other documents to help you easily and effectively manage your business day to day. As a small business owner, managing your business is as important as creating your lessons and looking after your learners.
Part 2 explores the tools that are available to help you manage your business and provides you with ideas on how you can keep organized and on-top of admin and manage your time effectively as well providing you with useful templates and documents to save you time.
Part 3 covers the spiky subject of intellectual property, and gives you a broad overview of how to protect your resources and how to legally use other resources and how to avoid infringing copyright.
